Cocamidopropylamine Oxide is a surfactant that also works as a conditioning agent in personal care and cosmetic products. It readily mixes with oil and dirt to wash them away, thus acting as a good cleanser. Cocamidopropylamine Oxide appears as a pale yellow to colorless liquid that is soluble in water.
